As a RAID negotiator for thirteen years, Tatiana Brillant has had to deal with some of the most extreme human situations: hostage-taking, terrorist attacks, kidnappings, insurgents... Today, after working for a major French industrial group, she shares her expertise and skills, based on a wealth of professional experience, with leaders and diplomats, managers and employees of governmental and private organizations.
Tatiana Brillant enjoys working in complex environments. She defines herself as an "unblocker" of situations, whether it's a management issue, a negotiation-related subject, or support in the midst of a high-stakes crisis. By listening and questioning, she enables her interlocutors to access their own resources and skills to help them solve their problems. Tatiana Brillant has worked with the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, advised ambassadors, recruited and trained future negotiators (practice and theory) in France and around the world, and lectured at the IHEDN, the UN, the FBI...
It also assists major groups, embassies and public administrations in a number of sensitive areas: preparing for criminal and terrorist risks, assisting with crisis management in the event of employee kidnapping, advising diplomats and employees of industrial groups on expatriation...
Tatiana Brillant's many operational commitments have earned her an FBI award, as well as the Chevalier de l'ordre national du Mérite in 2019.
