"Mon boss est nul, mais je le soigne" was published by Hachette Marabout in 2017 and quickly ranked #1 in management book sales. Since then, Gaël Chatelain-Berry has published one or two books a year, with the aim of making everyday business life more pleasant.
Convinced that the corporate world can, and should, be a place of well-being, Gaël Chatelain-Berry speaks to managers and employees alike. Through his informative and entertaining conferences, he aims to make people smile and think at the same time. The idea is to convey a wide range of messages while entertaining the audience. These are by no means "scientific" lectures, but interactive, often funny talks based on very concrete facts drawn from his experience as a manager and consultant.
His lecture topics include:
- Changing the company: day-to-day well-being
- Corporate benevolence
- Combating sexism and prejudice in everyday life
- Self-confidence
- Burn-out: everyone's business
